Krauts

Our range of krauts are crunchy, yummy and full of natural beneficial bacteria-like probiotics. Naturally fermented vegetables have a pickled taste which develops naturally in the fermenting process. Our Sauerkraut, Kimchi and Eastern Delight natural ferments are made with organic cabbages wherever possible to ensure the best nutrition. We use Himalayan salt for the added mineral content, and they are naturally fermented without the addition of any unnatural substances.

 

A straightforward cabbage ferment, our sauerkraut is a classic staple.

This product has a shop shelf life of 5 months; however, they can last much longer. They keep fermenting slowly over time in the fridge and the taste develops more sour tones.

Heat would destroy the beneficial bacteria in this product, so we recommend that it should be eaten chilled or at room temperature.

This ferment is packed with natural live probiotic cultures and in addition to cabbage, contains carrot, spring onion, a variety of herbs, a touch of chilli and ginger. (a mild burn)

Eastern Delight is a complex combination of eastern spices to create a ferment with the depth of flavour and slight burn of a mild curry.

It contains a combination of health-giving spices to aid digestion and act as a pre-biotic in addition to the naturally occurring pro-biotics.

Cultured Coconut

Our cultured coconut yogurt is a perfect replacement for dairy yogurt with all the benefits of the live vegan probiotic cultures, but totally dairy free! We use the best quality organic coconut milk with no nasty additives.

Irene’s Deluxe burger patties are delicious, rich in veggies and a good dose of protein – perfect for burgers. Semi-cooked, easy to fry or bake from semi-frozen.
